The only major structure in Cuba that passes under the ocean (under Havana Bay, which opens to the ocean) is the Tunnel of Havana in Havana.
Charging a camera in Cuba is very difficult and time-consuming; my camera's battery ran out on the road, so I took this photo with a Fuji Camera, which is why it's a bit grainy.
